Step 1 - Schedule a Call to understand your requirements

Understanding your requirements is crucial for the successful automation of your business process. Tell us more about your business on a discovery call. We’ll discuss team structure and approach, success criteria, timescale, budget, and required skill sets to see how we can help.


The quality and quantity of information gathered during our discovery call play a critical role in designing and creating a software solution that truly fits your business needs. Provide us the business context, time/budget constraints, available resources, and your business vision.

Depending on the size and impact of the solution, an additional quick scan might be needed to ensure all critical aspects are covered before fully committing to the project. A quick scan helps to identify potential risks, validate assumptions, and refine the requirements.

As soon as we receive your Schedule a Call registration, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you that we have successfully received your request and have started working on it.

Our solution advisor analyzes your requirements and will reach back to you within 3 business days.


We may sign an optional mutual NDA within 1-2 business days to make sure you get the highest confidentiality level.

Our business development manager presents you an initial project estimation, ballpark figures, or our project recommendations within approximately 3- 5 days.

Step 2 - Create an Action Plan

Based on our discovery sessions, we create a comprehensive project plan outlining the requirements for designing, creating, and implementing the software solution within your organization.


This project plan consists of the activities that need to be executed, by the professionals from MedIT and the customer organization, the hardware and software resources, and the costs required to automate the business process.


Our project methodology is an agile methodology approach. It allows us to break the projects into milestones and sprints (usually, each sprint takes 1-2 or 3-4 weeks considering the specifics of the project). We elaborate on a step-by-step roadmap so our customers know exactly the date of their product release. We consider all technical requirements of the project, estimate our resources and organize the development process to deliver the product as fast as possible and without delays.


De duration of a project depends on the complexity, technical requirements, required resources, and the scope of work. On average, we deliver simple software development solutions within 2- 3 months, basic projects within 3-6 months, and complicated ones take us 9+ months.


The cost of a project depends on different factors. It includes rates of specialists, project complexity, team size, time, and other criteria defining the total price.
The project cost consists of a one-time software solution development/installation & configuration cost and a recurring (monthly or yearly) license fee that also includes the standard application helpdesk support.

Step 3 - Implementation

Once the project plan has been approved, the project manager mobilizes the project team and initiates the project kickoff.
During the kickoff meeting, all team members are informed about the project goals, milestones, roles and responsibilities, timelines, communication channels, risk management strategies, and solution details.


Transparency is a key part of how we work at MedIT Solutions. We believe it helps build trust, accountability, and understanding with our clients. We make sure to keep communication clear and honest, giving our clients all the information they need about our services, their projects, and what results they can expect.

We keep an eye on how projects are going and their quality and security using our own tool called MedIT’s Business Operation Manager (BOM). We collect metrics on project progress, budget utilization, quality assurance, and engineering performance, allowing us to track the state of the project effectively.

Our aim is to create strong partnerships with our clients based on integrity and confidence.

When the software solution transitions from development to production, it is common practice to hand over responsibilities to the MedIT Helpdesk to ensure continuity and support. The transition to helpdesk support will be seamless, ensuring that the software solution remains robust and user satisfaction is maintained.


After successfully deploying a software solution and handing it over to the helpdesk the project team is discharged.
