MedIT Solutions offers multiple user discounts for all of its products.

  • 5 till 10 licenses has 5% discount
  • 10 till 15 licenses has 10% discount
  • 16+ licenses have 15% discount or contact us.

These discounts apply to the same product and do not apply if you mix/match subscriptions. For instance, if buying one license of the POS Subscription along with one license of the Mix/Rx Pharmacy Subscription, you will not receive a discount. If, however, you purchase 6 licenses of the POS Subscription, you will receive a 5% discount off the total purchase price. As long as you keep your Subscription(s) current and in the future decide to purchase additional licenses, we will extend the multi-user discount to you for your new purchase. For instance, assume you purchase 6 licenses to POS today and in 6 months decide to purchase a 11 license. This additional licenses will be eligible for a 10% discount and the discount will be computed automatically once you checkout.

We offer standard support as part of the subscription package. However, customers have the option to purchase a higher level of support, which includes support services outside regular business hours or shorter response times as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In our standard support we provide support during normal working hours and we strive to respond to inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent issues, we prioritize immediate attention.
